So, Who is Ralph?
Ralph Co., bears the name of my great-grandfather, Ralph, known to me as Grandpa Michel. My family and I remember him for his legendary kitchen table, a gathering place where even strangers were embraced and felt completely at home. His boundless generosity forged a legacy of warmth and inclusivity that profoundly shapes my family and my passions today.
I feel incredibly lucky to descend from a lineage of hosts who find their greatest joy in bringing people together. Ralph Co. is dedicated to carrying on this tradition, crafting events where every guest feels truly welcome and leaves with a sense of joy.

Hi there! I'm Mya, the driving force and lead designer at Ralph Co. Weddings & Events. I'm so glad you've found us and want to learn more about Ralph Co.!
My journey to starting Ralph Co. began with a robust career in project and event management, where I planned and executed multi-day corporate retreats for hundreds of employees. Beyond planning large-scale events, I managed cross-functional technical teams, refining internal processes and developing new products. Each one of these experiences instilled in me a profound appreciation for the small details, the power of a well-crafted list, and a passion for bringing together teams of experts to achieve the biggest dreams.
More importantly, I can credit my family with fostering my love for celebratory gatherings. I come from a long line of incredible hosts. From birthdays to family reunions to graduations and anniversaries, I've witnessed my family members cultivate countless warm and memorable events. I would be remiss not to mention how deeply grateful I am to all the incredible women in my life for teaching me how to be a gracious host and a killer party planner!
When I'm not planning, you can most likely find me at home in Uptown with my husband and our sweet pup, Baloo. When the Dallas weather permits, we are out and about on walks around the neighborhood, or eating queso at our favorite neighborhood restaurant, Las Palmas. Additionally, I enjoy traveling to new places, binge watching reality TV (Bravo gal for life!), spending quality time with my family, and taking spin class.
